This website, platform, and service (collectively, the "Portal") are fully owned and operated by AMF KAYANI STAR LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in the United Kingdom. By accessing, browsing, registering, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service, Conduct Rules, Data Processing Terms, and Privacy Policies.

1. Strict Age Requirement & Eligibility

Use of this Portal is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By creating a profile or accessing the Portal, you explicitly represent and warrant that you are legally at least 18 years old and possess the full capacity to enter into a binding agreement under United Kingdom law.
Disclaimer of Liability: If an individual under the age of 18 accesses, registers, or uses this Portal by providing false or fraudulent information, AMF KAYANI STAR LIMITED disclaims all legal liability for such unauthorised use. Upon discovery of any account belonging to a minor, the account will be permanently removed, linked phone numbers blocked, and any paid fees forfeited.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

All legal rights, title, interest, and intellectual property in and to the Portal belong exclusively to AMF KAYANI STAR LIMITED.

Proprietary Technology: The underlying source code, database structures, interface styling, HTML/CSS layout design, branding, domain names, APIs, server architecture, scripts, and software logic are the sole property of the Company.
Platform Content: All text, automated scripts, graphics, data formatting, and platform interactions are protected under United Kingdom and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
User Content License: Users retain ownership of their personal background details submitted to the directory. However, by submitting a profile, you grant AMF KAYANI STAR LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive license to process, display, store, and manage your non-sensitive profile attributes within the directory as designed.
Prohibition: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any code, text, layout, or database content from this Portal without explicit written permission from the Company.

3. Profile Activation Fee & Service Scope

To preserve community trust, prevent fake submissions, and filter out spam, the Portal charges a mandatory profile fee.

One-Time Activation Fee: The £10 charge is a one-time activation and verification fee per registered profile.
No Recurring Charges: This is NOT a recurring subscription. There are no automatic monthly or hidden recurring renewals.
What is Included: Once your profile status is updated to Active, browsing the directory, applying filter criteria, viewing verified public profiles, and submitting contact match requests are fully accessible.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our Refund Rules carefully before submitting payment:

Pending Verification Window (48 Hours): If your payment has gone through, but your profile remains in Pending status and has NOT yet been activated or verified by administration within 48 hours, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected].
24-Hour Post-Payment Window (Unverified/Unsatisfied): If you pay the fee and decide you do not wish to proceed while the account remains unverified or within 24 hours of payment before active directory usage occurs, you may request a refund via email.
No Refunds After Profile Activation: Once your profile status is set to Active and full access to send match requests or view active records has been granted, NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances. This policy protects user data integrity and covers the cost of initial identity screening.

5. Code of Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Zero-Tolerance Notice: We maintain a strict policy against platform abuse, harassment, and misconduct.

Users must adhere to strict social and professional decorum when interacting with members or management:

Prohibited Behaviors: Harassment, abusive language, hate speech, inappropriate notes, stalking, fraudulent or fake profile creation, misrepresentation of age/marital status, commercial solicitation, or spamming will result in immediate permanent removal.
Immediate Account Removal: Any user reported or found violating these rules will have their profile deactivated immediately without refund.
Associated Account & Phone Ban: To prevent repeat offenses, any abuse triggers a system ban. All other profiles associated with or linked to the offending mobile phone number will be removed immediately.
Re-Registration Block: Any attempt to re-register the same profile or create duplicate accounts following a ban will be automatically blocked by our database filters.
Respect towards Management: Respectful, professional behavior is required in all communications with site administrators. Verbal abuse or threats directed at management will result in permanent service bans across all associated accounts.

6. Platform Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Introductory Directory Service: Naseeb operates solely as a community matchmaking introduction platform. We do not guarantee marital outcomes, compatibility, or off-platform behavior.
User Vetting Responsibility: While we conduct database filtering, users and their families are solely responsible for conducting independent background checks, verification, and due diligence before sharing personal contact details or entering into formal personal arrangements.
Limitation of Liability: AMF KAYANI STAR LIMITED, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from off-platform interactions, user misrepresentations, site downtime, or third-party data transmission delays.

7. Privacy & Contact Disclosure Rules

Public Profile Privacy: Only non-identifying demographic parameters (e.g., age bracket, height, profession, education, broad location preferences) are displayed publicly on the search directory.
Contact Disclosures: Private telephone numbers are stored securely encrypted and are never shown publicly. Telephone disclosures occur only when a contact request is explicitly accepted by the receiving party.
Third-Party Payment Security: All credit and debit card transactions are processed securely via Stripe. The Company does not store, see, or process raw payment card credentials on its servers.

8. Data Processing, Management & Internal System Training

By registering an account or accessing the Portal, you explicitly grant consent for AMF KAYANI STAR LIMITED to process, store, and utilize your submitted profile attributes and platform interaction logs under the following conditions:

Operational Data Processing: Data is processed to deliver search directory features, execute matchmaking filter algorithms, authenticate accounts, verify user credentials, and manage system communications.
Internal System & Model Training: The Company reserves the right to utilize anonymized, aggregated, or system-level data inputs to train, calibrate, evaluate, and optimize internal software algorithms, automated validation systems, machine learning models, and security workflows to improve directory accuracy and fraud detection.
Strict Non-Sale Guarantee: Personal data and user records WILL NEVER BE SOLD, RENTED, LEASED, OR TRADED to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or external commercial organizations under any circumstances. All data processing is strictly restricted to platform operations, security, management, and internal technology enhancement.

9. Legal Compliance & Co-Operation with Law Enforcement

AMF KAYANI STAR LIMITED maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding criminal activity, identity fraud, severe harassment, threats, or illegal conduct on or originating from our platform:

Local & International Jurisdiction: While the Company operates under United Kingdom jurisdiction, we recognize the authority of local, national, and international law enforcement bodies where offenses occur.
Disclosure of Evidence & Records: In the event of an investigation concerning harassment, fraud, stalking, threats, identity theft, or illegal activity committed against users, management, or third parties, the Company is fully obligated and explicitly reserves the right to disclose relevant account records, activity logs, phone numbers, IP details, and system evidence to police, judicial bodies, cybercrime units, or relevant government departments upon legal request or statutory requirement.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any non-contractual obligations or disputes arising out of or in connection with the Portal shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over any legal proceedings, without prejudice to our right to cooperate with local international law enforcement agencies as detailed in Section 9.
